Job Description
The primary role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure that LVCC's buildings and equipment are kept in good order. Main duties include:
- Ad hoc handyman jobs, such as changing light bulbs, replacing door hardware, replacing faucets, dump runs, and cleaning light fixtures
- Sourcing supplies to complete maintenance jobs as they come up
- Sourcing contractors to complete maintenance jobs beyond the Maintenance Manager's scope/expertise/ability
- Assisting the janitor with larger jobs such as window cleaning and cobweb removal

Basic knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Mechanics
- Appliance Repair
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work within a provided budget
Previous experience managing own workload effectively

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Project management experience
First Aid certification
