  • Public Announcement: Dual Role Policies and Appointment of Amanda Cutting

    We are pleased to announce an important update regarding the leadership structure of our organization. After careful consideration and extensive discussion, the Board of Directors has decided to hire Amanda Cutting as our new Executive Director, effective immediately.

    In a unique and strategic move, Amanda will continue to serve as the President of the Board for the remainder of her current term, which ends on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. This dual role reflects our confidence in Amanda's leadership abilities and her deep understanding of the organization's vision and operations. Her experience and commitment to our mission make her exceptionally well-suited to lead the organization in both capacities.

    This decision is a result of our thorough review of the evolving needs of the organization and its long-term objectives. By maintaining both roles for the time being, we aim to ensure continuity, strengthen internal communication, and streamline decision-making processes as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.

    The Board has full faith that Amanda will continue to serve with the same dedication, insight, and strategic foresight that she has demonstrated throughout her tenure. Her combined leadership as Executive Director and President will help us achieve the goals set forth in our current and future plans.

    We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to working together to drive meaningful change and continued success.
